Shelby is a dedicated and energetic project manager with over 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing at companies in New York, LA, and Austin. Shelby’s career has included managing full e-commerce website design, producing photo and video shoots, as well as directing strategy for digital departments for multiple companies. A self-described “cat herder,” Shelby is a master of seeing the big picture as well as the minute details and enjoys the excitement of seeing projects come together.
Shane has been building brands and designing digital experiences for more than 25 years. He brings a classically trained graphic design eye paired with seasoned digital creative strategy gained during his 7+ years at Razorfish where, as Creative Director and Design Principal, he led small and large creative teams working on Fortune 500 brands. He continues to combine his passion for design and art direction to deliver compelling, multi-channel digital experiences.
Brett Eaton is a senior-level marketer with 25+ years of agency experience helping build brands and drive business results for blue chip and small entrepreneurial clients alike. And, like most strategist, he’s a frustrated creative that loves surrounding himself with people that inspire him. His category experience includes telecom, finance, retail, e-com, fitness, technology, CPG, QSR, craft beer, footwear and outdoor gear. But like anyone crazy enough to stay in the agency business for this long, he’s always eager to add to the list. He describes himself as a true marketing/business junky that loves digging in, learning new industries, unearthing insights to be exploited and facing new communications challenges. He’s a big believer in honest engagement, collaboration and challenging the status-quo.
Maggie has spent the past decade cutting her strategic teeth on some of the world’s biggest and most respected brands. Driven by a lifelong desire to understand the world around her, Maggie combines her penchant for research with her insatiable curiosity of people to guide her strategic thinking. Joining our team after having spent years at big legacy agencies, she now finds the most enjoyment from the kind of projects and relationships where an intentional impact on the brand and business can be achieved.
After graduating with a degree in marketing, Dane was recruited into restaurant operations where he spent the first decade of his career working for big brands in the service industry. He decided to shift gears and use his expertise and strong background in project and people management in a more creative field. Dane is integral to helping the strategy team uncover consumer insights that meaningfully impact our work.
Gray is a highly versatile creative with over 25 years of visual interaction design and motion graphics experience. He applies a deliberate and methodical approach to his work, combining a broad skillset with a critical eye to produce work that is thoughtful and surprising. Gray not only excels at the visual side of things but also brings an experienced UX lens to the work, making his digital experience design as smart and intuitive as it is beautiful.
Considered by many to be a national treasure, Isaac is a gifted graphic and interactive designer with over 12 years of experience working with brands big and small. His transition from an architectural background to graphic design gives his work a unique perspective while remaining human-centered. His past experience includes Design Lead at Razorfish, creating beautiful and useful experiences for Fortune 500 brands.
